Description
PHOTOPOL VACUUM+GAS (A5408V) is equipped with 6 special circuits (8-LEDs Hi-Power SMD, 48 LEDs in total) with optical reflectors, developed to maximize the irradiation effect. The operating spectrum allows to post-cure components created with 3D printers working both 385nm and 405nm wavelenghts. It features a Touch-Screen Full-Color display to select parameters and to store programs. All curing cycles can be performed under vacuum (a powerful but small oil-less pump is built-in) and the unit can be connected to an external protective gas appliance (Nitrogen N2) to comply with the existing Medical Device Regulations for Class IIa certified materials. The “Vacuum+Gas System” allows to flow into the working chamber only a fixed quantity of Nitrogen (1.5 litres per cycle) with an impressive very low gas consumption.
