METAL FINISHING KIT (DPJT1920)
The 1920 kit contains instruments required for the rough and fine processing of non-precious metal restorations. In addition to tungsten carbide burs, the kit includes a grinding stone for metals that enables pre-processing. A 2-stage polishing system in wheel form is added for polishing larger surfaces, and flame-shaped polishing heads support the polishing of occlusal surfaces and smaller surfaces.
KIT 1832 - B.E.F PROTOTYPE (DPJT1832)
This kit was developed together with opinion leader Dr. Milko Villarroel. By following three simple steps, you can achieve the desired results in PMMA or Bis-Acrylic. A fine-cut tungsten carbide instrument removes more significant excesses and designs a proper margin fit. The super-flexible diamond disc is coated on one side and used to separate and customize elements. Universal polisher and impregnated brush are used for pre-polishing. A soft goat hairbrush and a fine fabric disc together with polishing paste provide the perfect polishing.
ZIR-PREP KIT (DPJT1460)
The JOTA Zir-Prep diamonds with special diamond grit and optimized bond are designed for working on highly sensitive zirconia. By using mono-crystalline diamond grit, the instruments are less aggressive, and they ensure a low-temperature rise during preparation and keep the roughness of the prepared surfaces low. This significantly reducesthe risk of micro-cracks in the zirconia.
DENTURE BASE (DPJT1427)
Kit 1427 contains carbide burs for roughing and finishing the base of acrylic dentures and assist in finishing undercuts and detailing acrylic teeth.

ZIRCONFLEX KIT (DPJT1322)
The JOTA Zirconflex Kit offers the optimal solution for processing all surfaces of zirconium oxide. No water cooling is required, the heat build-up still remains minimal and a material-damaging phase transition on the zirconium oxide can be safely avoided. At the same time, the material properties are retained and the risk of microcracks is reduced to a minimum.
DIAMOND STONE (DPJT1320)
The kit contains diamond grinding stones in different shapes, which have been developed for the quick preparation of all surfaces of restorations made of ceramics. Diamond grit size and bond percentage are perfectly matched to each other, providing an optimal balance between preparation efficiency and stone durability.
